Today while I was checking my Facebook, i saw this post about what happen in vegas and i just sit there thinking: what is going on with people in this world?. We are becoming a generation of people who are filled with so much hate and anger in their heart where they have no remorse for their actions. It's sad that we have to live in fear because of those who aren't able to overcome their own fear and enjoy the beautiful world God gave to us.

Decisions   Determine         destiny During my orientation they show a video of a drunk girl who got in a bad situation and the activity was to point the people who could of have prevent the situation from happening..while I was thinking there are many situations in life in which we have no control over, but when we do is up to us to make the make the right call......in this particular scenario I though the only person responsible was the girl, she knew what her limit with drinks was, she should have stop drinking so she wouldn't have put herself in a bad situation, every decision has consequences!

Diversity Matters Recently I attended the 20th Anual Multicultural Conference at RIC and there was this woman Lisa McBride who spoke about the importante of and inclusive excellence that allow us to think outside the box and appreciate the beauty in the differences. and realize the fact that those difference is what make every individual unique and interesting. we should all embrace what makes us different and use them to grow as a bigger, healthy and rich society impregnated with knowledge and respect for each others.
